Myrtle Reed

Myrtle Reed (born September 27, 1874 in Chicago - † August 17, 1911 ) was an American author. She wrote some of her works under the pseudonym Olive Green .

Life

She was born the daughter of Elizabeth Armstrong Reed and the priest Hiram von Reed in Chicago, where she also completed her schooling. In 1906 she married James Sydney McCullough.

Myrtle Reed died of an overdose of unknown substances.
