Não me importava morrer se houvesse Guitarras no Céu (Eng .: I wouldn't mind dying if there were guitars in heaven ) is a 2012 documentary by the Portuguese director Tiago Pereira .

Pereira dedicates his film to Chamarrita , a group folk dance , the tradition of which is still cultivated on the Azores islands of Faial and Pico . In addition to the classical guitar, the viola da terra is mainly used in the Azores, a guitar variant with mostly 12 strings that are only struck with the thumb.

The film was made in collaboration with the Associação Cultural Música Vadia and was funded by the cultural department of the regional government of the Azores. It premiered on October 22nd, 2012 as part of the 10th Doclisboa in the Cinema São Jorge in Lisbon.
