NGC 2423-3 is a red giant 2498.7 light years from Earth with a right ascension of 07h 37m 09s and a declination of -13 ° 54 '24 ". It has an apparent magnitude of 9.45 mag. Discovered in 2007 Michel Mayor found an extrasolar planet orbiting this star called NGC 2423-3 b .
