The Nogometni Klub Žepče was a Bosnian-Herzegovinian football club from Žepče . The club played between 2002 and 2008 in the Premijer Liga , the highest Bosnian league.
General
The association was founded in 1919. Žepče was known as NK Zovko Žepče until 2003, when Limorad (the name of the main sponsor) was added to the club name. Since 2004 the association has simply been called NK Žepče.
The Bosnians played in the top Bosnian league from 2002 to 2008 . The best league placement reached the club in the 2005/06 season with rank 8. The home stadium of the club was the Žepče Gradski Stadium (in German : Stadium of the City of Žepče ). The stadium held 4,000 visitors. The fans of the club were called the CANIBALS (in German : cannibals ). After relegation in 2008, the club was passed through to the third division two seasons later .
In 2010, the club stopped playing.
