In the 2010/11 season NK Stupčanica was champion of the Kantonalna Liga ZDK and played until the 2014/15 season in the Druga Liga FBiH Centar , the third-highest division in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2018/19 the club was again champion of the canton league and is now back in the third-highest division.
