NK Vrbovec is a football club from the small town of Vrbovec in northern Croatia .
history
NK Vrbovec was founded in 1924 and currently plays in the 3rd HNL Season West. From 1999 to 2002 the club was second class . In the 2000/01 Cup, the club made it to the second round, where it failed at the first division club NK Varteks Varazdin .
The biggest club transfer was the transfer from Drago Papa to NK Kamen Ingrad Velika .
