The NLB Prishtina sh.A. (formerly Kasabank sh.A.) in Pristina is the third largest bank in Kosovo (as of 2007). The owner is the Slovenian Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB). At the beginning of April 2007 - according to the business newspaper Finance - it acquired 50.14 percent of the shares for a price of 28 million euros. NLB later took over the remaining shares and is now the sole owner of NLB Prishtina. NLB Prishtina (at that time still Kasabank) had 128 million euros (2006) balance sheet total and a market share in Kosovo of 12.3 percent.

After the complete takeover by Nova Ljubljanska banka , Kasabank changed its name to NLB Prishtina. At the end of March they were managing around 196 million euros. NLB Prishtina has 8 other branches.

The bank is a member of the Fondi për Sigurimin e Depozitave të Kosovës (FSDK), a deposit protection fund founded in 2011 .
