The Naiste Meistriliiga 2012 is the 17th season of the Estonian women's football division, the Naiste Meistriliiga . The season started on March 31, 2012.

Season course

Each team competes four times against each other team so that each team will play 28 games this season. The season began with the parallel games between Noortekoondis and JK Tammeka Tartu and JK Tallinna Kalev against FC Levadia Tallinn .
