The 2013/14 UEFA Women's Champions League was the thirteenth draw of the European championship competition for women's football clubs and the fifth under this name. 54 teams from 46 countries competed for the title. The competition started with the first games of the qualifying round on August 8, 2013 and ended with the final on May 22, 2014 in Lisbon . The defending champion was VfL Wolfsburg , who defended their title in the final against Tyresö FF .
At the UEFA Women's Champions League 2013/14 46 national champion and the runner-up of the eight participate strongest regional associations. The UEFA five-year ranking is used to determine the top eight national associations . The 14 national champions of the strongest regional associations and the eight runner-ups received a bye and only intervene in the competition in the sixteenth-finals. The remaining national champions first had to take part in a qualifying round.

First, the clubs from the 32 worst-placed associations played ten participants in a qualifying round for the main round, in which 22 other clubs are added. The games of the main round up to and including the semi-finals are played in the first and second legs. The team that scores more goals in both games will advance to the next round. If both teams score the same number of goals, the number of away goals decides. If the number of away goals is the same, the second leg is extended. If both teams score the same number of goals in extra time, the away team wins due to the higher number of away goals scored. If no goals are scored, the match will be decided on penalties. The final will be decided in one game. In the event of a tie, extra time follows and then, if necessary, a penalty shoot-out.

The eight mini-tournaments were held from August 8th to 13th, 2013. The eight group winners and the two best runners-up qualified for the sixteenth-finals, in which the seeded teams and the runners-up intervene in the competition. When determining the best runner-up, the game against the respective bottom of the group was not taken into account.
The draw for the qualifying groups took place on June 27, 2013 at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
