Nakatsukasa
Nakatsukasa ( Japanese 中 務 ) was a Japanese waka poet of the Heian period in the 10th century. She is one of five women of the Thirty-Six Immortals of Poetry .
Her father, Prince Atsuyoshi ( 敦 慶 親王 , Atsuyoshi-shinnō ) was the son of Uda -Tennō, as well as Minister of the Central Ministry ( nakatsukasa-kyō ) and since her name is unknown, his post was used as an emergency name . Her mother was the poet Ise . She maintained relationships and relationships with a large number of young nobles, especially Minamoto no Saneakira , who is also one of the thirty-six immortals of poetry .
Many of her poems are part of the poem anthology Gosen-wakashū . Further poems can be found in the collections Saneakira-shū ( 信 明 集 ), Motosuke-shū ( 元 輔 集 ) and Minamoto no Shitagō -shū ( 元 輔 集 )
