The Namibia National Labor Organization (NANLO; German  Namibia Nationale Arbeitskraft-Organization ) is the smallest and youngest of the three trade union confederations in Namibia . It was founded in 2014 and unites three trade unions with 5,000-10,000 members, according to its own information with 16,000 members.
