Nancy Brilli (* 10. April 1964 in Rome as Nicoletta Brilli ) is an Italian actress .

Life

The daughter of a diplomat came to film through the acquaintance of her college friend, the daughter of director Pasquale Squitieri . In 1984 she got a leading role in her first film Claretta . Brilli later alternated her film and television appearances with stage interpretations; In the theaters she appeared in comedies such as Se il tempo fosse un gamero , 1986 with Enrico Montesano , Presente prossimo venturo , 1991 with Luca Barbareschi , Ninà (1992) or Manola by and with Margaret Mazzantini (1996). In 1999 she played with Mario Sciaccaluga in The Blue Room .

One of her greatest film successes was Carlo Verdone's 1986 Compagni di scuola . In the 1990s, she increased her commitment to television roles.

From 1987 to 1990 Brilli was married to Massimo Ghini and from 1997 to 2002 with Luca Manfredi ; the latter marriage has a daughter.
