Nankang is a Taiwanese tire manufacturer. The company's headquarters are in Taipei . The manufacturing facility is located in Hsinchu Hsin-Fung . In addition, a manufacturing facility was built in China in 2003 in Zhangjiagang in Jiangsu Province . The manufacturer produces summer and winter tires for passenger cars and motorcycle tires .

history

The company was founded on February 25, 1959. In November 1963 the company went public. The Nankang manufacturing facility earned Ford Motor Company Q1 certification in 1987 . In 1991 the E-MARK certificate (certificate for export to Europe) was obtained.

In May 1994, the company obtained ISO 9001 certification from the DNV Quality Approval System. In October the company obtained ISO 9001 certification from the goods inspection office. The chairman of the board is Ching-Hsing Chiang, the managing director is Cai-Yun Zhan.
