Nathan Dahlberg

Nathan Dahlberg (born February 22, 1965 in Wangani ) is a New Zealand cyclist .

Career

Nathan Dahlberg began his professional career in 1988 with the American 7-Eleven team. In the following years he was with 7-Eleven-American Airlines-Wamasch (1989), 7-Eleven-Hoonved (1990), Motorola (1991), Spago (1992), Team Hohenfelder-Concorde (1999) and Marco Polo Cycling Team (2003) under contract.

With the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia he drove two of the three big tours and was a teammate of the seven-time tour winner Lance Armstrong in the early 1990s .

After his professional career, Dahlberg started as a guest driver in international races for various elite teams, for example for Greenfield Fresh Milk at the Tour d'Indonesia and for Nordland-Hamburg at the Ringerike Grand Prix in Norway in 2005 and the Scandinavian Open in Sweden in 2004.

With races in 49 countries (as of 2005) he is one of the world's most famous racers in the peloton.
