The National-Bewegungsong ( German  National Movement , French Mouvement nationale ), NB for short , was a right-wing extremist party in Luxembourg .

On May 5th 1987 the members Patrick Birchem , Marc Peffer and Pierre Peters founded the GREng National Movement in Tetingen . The party was later renamed, so from that day on it called itself National Movement . The party found its notoriety in the parliamentary elections in 1989 under the leadership of activist Pierre Peters. At the European level, the party received 2.9% of all valid votes. In the municipal elections, the party only got 1,506 votes, which was not enough for a seat.

The party then ran again on June 12, 1994 for parliamentary elections . At that time, there were more daily clashes with demonstrators in Luxembourg than ever. It was even suspected that the party could get a seat in parliament . The party last had 1,300 members and did not stand in the parliamentary elections in 1999. The party also started a petition with the slogan "Petition fir europesch Identitéit" (Eng . "Petition for European Identity"). Sayings like “Ech si proud Lëtzebuerger ze sin” ( Eng. “I am proud to be Luxembourger”) or “Lëtzebuerg de Lëtzebuerger” ( Eng. “Luxembourg to the Luxembourgers”) branded their ideology in the population.
