National Democratic Front
National Democratic Front is an electoral alliance in Zambia .
history
It was closed by the All People's Congress , the Party for Unity, Democracy and Development , Reform Party , Zambia Republican Party and the Zambia Development Congress on March 1st and 7th, 2006 in order to have a common chance in the upcoming 2006 election in Zambia against the Movement for Multiparty Democracy . Actually that should Patriotic Front of Michael Sata to be there, but who withdrew at the last minute from this project back. On June 17 and 18, 2006, this remaining alliance therefore founded the National Democratic Focus electoral alliance , which ran for the presidential election and for the National Assembly of Zambia without PF and Sata .
