National Leadership for Development
National Leadership for Development ( German National Leadership for Development ) is a political party in Zambia .
The National Leadership for Development was founded in May 2006. Its chairman is Yobert Shamapande , who won only 0.54 percent of the vote as a presidential candidate in Zambia in 2006 .
The NLD had the election cost 100 million Kwacha (around 23,800 euros , as of April 2006). An impressive amount that would be unthinkable without NGOs because it cannot be raised in Zambia.
