The Bahrain National Stadium ( Arabic إستاد البحرين الوطني, DMG Istād al-Baḥrayn al-Waṭanī ) is a stadium in the Bahraini capital Manama . It was built in 1981 and finally officially opened in 1982. It now holds 30,000 spectators and is currently mainly used as a football stadium.
