Natural Resources Development College

Natural Resources Development College (NDRC) in Lusaka , Zambia , reports to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries. It is affiliated with and is also subordinate to the Ministry:

  • Mount Makulu Research Station
  • Mazabuka National Irrigation Station
  • Misamfu research station
  • Mufulira research station
  • College for Natural Resource Development

The NDRC comprises all agriculture-related and application-oriented training courses from irrigation to veterinary medicine, from fisheries to water engineering, from cooperatives to marketing. The task of the NDRC is agricultural vocational training. For this she awards certificates and diplomas. But the NDRC is also involved in the agricultural faculty of the University of Zambia , for which it takes on part of the training and teaching.

The NDRC was founded in 1987 and has been the country’s agro-industry executive ever since.
