The Schwalgloch Keffelke natural monument with a size of 0.06 hectares is located east of Brilon . The area was designated as a natural monument (ND) by the Hochsauerlandkreis in 2008 with the landscape plan of the Brilon plateau . The natural monument is surrounded by the Keffelke nature reserve . A little to the north is the Schaaken nature reserve and a little south of the Heimberg nature reserve . There is a chapel about 140 to the southeast. In this area there was Keffelker Wüstung .

The ND Schwagloch Keffelke is one of the seven natural monuments in the landscape plan of the Brilon plateau which were set as karst phenomena. There are four swallow holes and three sinkholes .

In the Schwagloch Keffelke a 400 m long watercourse disappears, which comes from the east. The watercourse is mostly without water. The Schwalgloch forms a hollow shape about 4 m in size. The Schwagloch is surrounded by bushes and grassland.
