Navgarh , also Siddharthnagar , is a city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh .
The city is the capital of the Siddharthnagar district . Navgarh is about 270 km northwest of Lucknow . Navgarh has the status of a Nagar Palika Parishad . The city is divided into 25 wards . Navgarh had 25,422 residents as of the 2011 census date, of whom 13,064 were men and 12,358 were women.
