Navojoa is a city in the Mexican state of Sonora with 140,650 inhabitants. Navojoa, capital of the Municipio Navojoa , is located in the south of Sonora between the mountains and the coast.
history
Navojoa was founded in 1825. The region was first explored in 1533 by Diego de Guzmán.
