Ndumiso C. Mamba is a former Minister of Justice in Swaziland . He was considered a childhood friend of King Mswati III. He was appointed Minister of Justice in October 2008. He resigned in August 2010.

Mamba resigned, according to a statement dated August 5, 2010 after his affair with the king's twelfth wife, Mswati Nothando Dube, was exposed by the country's secret service. The couple were arrested at the Royal Villas Hotel near Mbabane . Mamba tried to hide in the bed box. Mamba is believed to be in Big Bend Central Prison . He is also accused of unauthorized travel expenses.
