Nebojša Jovanović ( Serbian - Cyrillic Небојша Јовановић ; born March 27, 1983 in Belgrade ) is a former Serbian cyclist .

Athletic career

Before Nebojša Jovanović signed his first contract with a UCI team, he attracted attention with some good placements; in 2004 he became the Serbian-Montenegrin road race champion as well as third in the overall ranking of the Tour of Serbia and fourth in the overall ranking of the Tour of Bulgaria . A year later he won a stage of the Tour of Greece , which he finished third in the overall ranking.

For the 2006 season Jovanović received a contract with the American Continental Team AEG-Toshiba-JetNetwork Pro Cycling Team and was able to place third in the road race and second in the individual time trial at the Serbian-Montenegrin championships . 2007 he transferred then to the Greek continental team Technal Kastro and both the Hungarian could one day race Grand Prix P Nívó as well as a stage of the stage race International Paths of Victory Tour in Turkey secure. In 2009 he won a stage of the Tour of Serbia and the overall ranking of the Grand Prix Bradlo . In 2016 he became Serbian runner-up in road racing, and in 2018 he ended his cycling career.
