As Nectacot ( Art word of s Necta rine & Apri cot ) (also under the trade names Nectarcot or Nectargold is performed) a junction between nectarine and apricot designated.

Nectacots are currently grown in the USA and South Africa and are sold from there.

description

Nectacots are roundish with a smooth skin that has an orange-yellow base color with a red covering color in places.

The firm, sweet flesh is orange-yellow in color and surrounds a light brown, pitted seed .

origin

Nectacots was bred as a hybrid / cross in the second half of the twentieth century in Florida / USA by Floyd Zaiger / at Zaiger Genetics .
