Neemia Stanley Tialata (born July 15, 1982 in Lower Hutt ) is a New Zealand rugby union player. He is currently under contract with the French club Aviron Bayonnais . He previously played for the All Blacks (national team), the Hurricanes in the Super 14 and for Wellington in the ITM Cup .

Tialata was born in Lower Hutt, but moved to Samoa with his parents when he was one year old . The family returned to New Zealand when Tialata was five years old. Tialata made it into the All Blacks squad as a young pillar, as he attracted attention with his strong games for Wellington in the National Provincial Championship (NPC) season 2005 and made his international debut in the opening game of the All Blacks Home Nations tour against Wales in November of the same year. Formerly a left pillar, Tialata is now focused on the right side of the crowd, but it still has the ability to occupy both sides. On the 2011/12 season he moved to France for the Aviron Bayonnais club .

In his free time he plays the guitar and paints. He has also created tattoos for himself and some of his colleagues, among others. a. Ma'a Nonu wearing one of Tialata's creations on his arm. Tialata himself has a large tattoo on his arm and on his back that shows his own background, family and life.
