Nelly Net (t)

Nelly Net (t) was an interactive game show at ZDFtivi that ran from 2001 to 2005 , in which young players could contact a small animated computer figure by telephone. The children could chat with Nelly on the telephone keypad or take part in computer games. The trademark of this figure, however, was her favorite cuddly toy, the bear . The language and the facial expressions were implemented by the actors . The show ran Saturday morning at 9.25 a.m., later at 6 a.m. The moderator was Hans-Eckart Eckhardt and the director was Uli Söhnlein .

The number of viewers was sometimes up to 500,000 people. Several computer games and educational games from Codemasters appeared on CD-ROM for the broadcast.

On May 7, 2005, the program was stopped after 200 issues.
