Netvibes

Netvibes is a free, Ajax -based online service for the homepage of a software company of the same name from France. The user can design modules such as B. RSS - combine web feeds , e-mail messages, podcasts , bookmarks from del.icio.us , Flickr photos and other dynamic content on one page and organize them into columns and tabs using drag and drop ("dashboard personalization" ) .

Using the Netvibes API, you can create your own modules or integrate Netvibes services into other web applications .

One of the original main investors was Argentine entrepreneur Martin Varsavsky, who lives in Spain . Dassault Systèmes bought Netvibes on February 9, 2012 .
