Neu Canow is a district of the municipality of Wustrow in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Germany).

The small village with approx. 60 inhabitants lies between the Gobenowsee (distance approx. 600 m) and the Trünnsee (distance approx. 1 km), consists of a village street and 19 houses.

The population lived primarily from agriculture. For a few years, up to 1765, there was also a glassworks here for the production of plain green glass.

Between 1955 and 1990 Neu Canow developed into a very popular holiday destination. In the beginning there were mainly tent and holiday camps in addition to the existing farmsteads until bungalows and supply facilities were built by companies. In the meantime there are around 100 permanent buildings between the actual village and the Gobenowsee, which before 1990 were operated exclusively by companies for their employees as recreational objects and are now mostly used privately. In addition to its proximity to cultural and gastronomic facilities, the village itself has three bathing areas on Gobenowsee and four fishing jetties on Trünnensee.
