New criminal policy

The New Criminal Policy. Forum for Practice, Law and Criminal Science (NK) is a legal journal that has been published quarterly by Nomos since 1989 . The journal contains articles from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The editorial team consists of Hendrik Schneider (responsible for press law), Katrin Höffler and Johannes Kaspar . The edition is 1150 printed copies (as of 2016).

Target groups are: criminologists, sociologists, lawyers, educators and psychologists. The goals formulated by the editors are: Rational handling of crime, defense of fundamental rights, dismantling of state social controls and priority for social conflict resolution.
