The warehouse in Neue Semlower Strasse (without number) is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund in Neue Semlower Strasse . It belongs to the ensemble of granaries on the harbor island.

The two-story brick building with a mansard roof was erected around 1910. It connects to the rear of Silo IV in Hafenstrasse .

The facade has a pilaster structure on the upper floor .

The house is located on the outskirts of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 608.
