New synagogue in Piatra Neamț

The New Synagogue in Piatra Neam , the capital of Neamț County in Romania , was built in 1839 and restored in 1904 after a fire.

The synagogue of the Ashkenazi community was also known as the Leipzig Temple .

Inside, there are women's galleries on three sides except on the east side . The furnishing of the time of construction with a Torah shrine has been preserved.
