The New Journal for Commercial, Tax and Corporate Criminal Law ( NZWiSt ) is a German legal journal that is published monthly by the CH Beck publishing house and was founded in 2012.

The NZWiSt publishes articles on white collar crime, criminal tax law , and corporate criminal law and a broad case law on the subject areas.
