The house with the postal address Neuer Markt 7 is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund on the Neuer Markt .

The three-storey , six-axis , eaves-mounted plastered building was converted into its current form in 1907. The core of the house dates from the first half of the 18th century.

Basically designed strictly symmetrically, this symmetry was deviated from in the design of the two portals in the outer axes.

The ground floor is grooved, the upper floors have pilasters and stucco ornaments on the four central axes ; they are crowned by a dwelling .

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 596.
