The former New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company Warehouse is a historic building in the Victorian town center of the New Zealand city of Oamaru in the Otago region . it is located on the corner of Harbor Street 14 and Wansbeck Street, the rear side borders on the former port area.

It was built in 1882 as a warehouse for grain and wool to designs by the short-lived architectural community Dennison and Grant . In the meantime, the building was also used by the NZ Malt Whiskey Company and Willett's Furniture . Today it houses an art gallery and a restaurant and café. The New Zealand Whiskey Company still stores parts of their barrels here.

On November 22, 1984, the building was classified by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust under number 345 as a Category 1 Monument (Historic Place Category I) .

The structure is part of the Harbor / Tyne Street Historic Area ensemble, which is also under protection .
