Ngai
Ngai (variants: Enkai , En-kai , Engai , Eng-ai , Mweai ) is the god of the monotheistic religions of the Kamba , Kikuyu and Maasai in Africa .
Kikuyu
For the Kikuyu, Ngai lives on Mount Kenya, which is sacred to them .
Maasai
Among the Maasai, Ngai is also the god of rain and creator of all cattle. He has his seat in the clouds or on the holy mountain Ol Doinyo Lengai .
