Nico Bettge (born May 15, 1980 in Magdeburg ) is a German canoeist .

The KC Falke Magdeburg athlete starts in the canoe slalom in the single canoe discipline .

At the Canoe Slalom World Championships in 2006 he was the first team world champion and was able to repeat this at the 2011 World Championships . There he achieved his greatest sporting success to date by winning the silver medal in the individual competition. His second place meant the only individual medal for the German Canoe Association and secured the German team an Olympic starting place for the 2012 Olympic Games .

Bettge is a member of the Federal Police's sports promotion group.
