Nicole Gerhardt

Nicole Gerhardt (* 1970 ) is a German manager and has been a member of the Management Board of Telefónica Deutschland Holding AG since August 2017 . As a member of the board, she is responsible for human resources. Along with Valentina Daiber , she is one of the two female board members.

Gerhardt studied law at the Ruhr University in Bochum . She began her career in 1999 as a fully qualified lawyer at Versatel Deutschland GmbH , where she later became Head of Human Resources. In 2013, she moved to the E-Plus Group in the same position and, after the merger of Telefónica Deutschland and E-Plus, headed the “Business Partnering, Talent, Leadership & Capability Development” department from 2015. In August 2017 she became a member of the Management Board of Telefónica Deutschland.

Gerhardt is married.
