The Lower Saxony Salary and Supply Adjustment Act (NBVAnpG) regulates the regular adjustment of the salary according to the salary groups of civil servants in the state of Lower Saxony .

The NBVAnpG 2009/2010 of May 18, 2009 came into force on March 1, 2009. Paragraph 1 regulates the increase in the salaries and pensions of civil servants in 2009, and Paragraph 2 regulates the increase in 2010. The salaries of civil servants were increased by 1.2 percent in 2010.

The NBVAnpG 2011/2012 came into force on May 26, 2011 with a basically similar content for the years 2011 and 2012 . The NBVAnpG 2013 of June 3, 2013 came into effect retrospectively on January 1, 2013, the 2014 NBVAnpG of December 16, 2013 on June 1, 2014 and the 2015/2016 NBVAnpG of December 18, 2014 on January 1, 2015.
