Nihat Tosun
Nihat Tosun (born July 28, 1959 in Trabzon ) is a Turkish health politician .
Tosun is a qualified doctor and has been working in the healthcare system in Turkey since the early 1990s, specializing in orthopedics and traumatology . Between 1978 and 1984 he studied at the medical faculty of Ataturk Üniversitesi .
Tosun has been working for the Turkish Ministry of Health since May 21, 2007, and since December 2, 2008 as Deputy Minister of Health Recep Akdağ .
Tosun is married and has four children.
