Nikola Čuturilo ( Serbian - Cyrillic Никола Чутурило ) (born July 9, 1962 ), also known as Čutura ( Serbian - Cyrillic Чутура , trans. Water-bottle ), is a Serbian rock musician and composer. He was first known as the guitarist of the band Riblja čorba , later through his numerous solo works. Nikola Čuturilo lives and works in Belgrade.

biography

Early career

Čuturilo began his career as a teenager in 1976 as the guitarist for the band Kredit .

He later played with Paviljon and then became a member of Bicikl , Siluete and other bands.

Riblja Čorba

In September 1984 Čuturilo joined Riblja čorba . He and Vidoja "Džindžer" Božinović were the new Riblja Čorba guitar duo. Čuturilo stayed with Riblja Čorba for 5 years; He contributed to the albums Istina ( Truth ; 1985), Osmi nervni slom ( Eighth Nervous Breakdown ; 1986), Ujed za dušu ( Soul Bite ; 1987) and Priča o ljubavi obično ugnjavi ( Talking About Love Is Usually Annoying ; 1988).

Solo career

Čuturilo released his first solo album 9 lakih komada ( 9 Easy Pieces ) in 1988. He wrote all the songs himself, sang and played the guitar. With the Laki Band, Čuturilo released his second album in 1989. He also composes and writes for theater performances and TV productions.
