Nikola Stoyanov

Nikola Stojanow (born January 26, 1984 ) is a former Bulgarian wrestler .

He took part in the European Junior Championships in 2002 and took 15th place in the class up to 85 kg in the Greco-Roman style. At the Junior World Championships in 2003, he made sixth place. In 2004 he was European champion at the Junior European Championships. At the European wrestling championships in 2005 Stojanow won the silver medal in the class up to 84 kg. However, his doping test was positive. He was stripped of the medal and banned for four months.
