Nikolai Alexandrovich Roshkov

Nikolai Alexandrowitsch Roschkov (1868–1927) was a Russian historian and politician . In mid-1917 he was Deputy Minister of the Provisional Government. In 1922 he became a teacher at the Institute of the Red Professorship . Collaboration on the Great Soviet Encyclopedia .
