Nikolas Asimos

Nikolas Asimos , born Nikolaos Asimopoulos (born August 20, 1949 in Thessaloniki ; died March 17, 1988 in Exarchia ) was a Greek songwriter. He was an opponent of the Greek military junta and, after the suppression of the uprising at the Athens Polytechnic, increasingly positioned himself against the dictatorship . After imprisonment and attempts at forced psychiatization, he died by suicide .
