Nikolaus Bosch
Nikolaus Bosch (* 1965 in Ulm ) is a German lawyer and professor of criminal law at the University of Bayreuth .
Life
After passing the second state examination in 1994 , he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law ( Joachim Hermann ) in Augsburg, where he started a thesis on criminal procedure law in 1997 (title: "Aspects of the nemo tenetur principle from a constitutional and criminal procedural point of view") ) PhD . In 2002 he completed his habilitation in criminal law, criminal procedure law, commercial criminal law and criminology . In 2005 he became a professor at the University of Bayreuthappointed. Among other things, he is co-editor of the legal training journal and commentator in Schönke / Schröder .
