Ningshao Plain

The Ningshao Plain or the Ningshao Lowland (Ningshao pingyuan 宁绍 平原 "Ningbo Shaoxing Plain") is a plain in the northeast of the Chinese province of Zhejiang . Together with the Hangjiahu Plain 杭嘉湖 sie , it is referred to as the Zhebei Plain 浙 北 平原 ("North Zhejiang Plain").

In the east and west of the plain lie the two cities of Ningbo宁波 and Shaoxing绍兴, after which it is named.
