Njebi languages

The Njebi languages are a language group within Guthrie Zone B of the Bantu languages . It is classified as Zone B50 and contains four individual languages ​​that are spoken by around 177,500 people in Gabon and the Republic of Congo .

The individual languages ​​are:

  • Duma , approx. 9800 speakers in Gabon
  • Njebi , about 135,000 speakers in Gabon and the Republic of the Congo
  • Tsaangi , around 22,200 speakers in the Republic of the Congo and Gabon
  • Wandji , around 10,500 speakers in Gabon and the Republic of the Congo
