Wandji (also Bawandji) is a Bantu language and is spoken by around 10,500 Bawandji members in Gabon (2000 census). It is common in the provinces of Ogooué-Lolo and Haut-Ogooué .

Wandji is a northwest Bantu language and belongs to the Njebi group , which is classified as Guthrie Zone B50. Wandji speakers understand Njebi ; Wandji may be a dialect of this language.
