Haut-Ogooué ( German  Oberogooué ) is a province of Gabon with the capital Franceville .

geography

The province is located in the east of the country and borders the province of Ogooué-Ivindo in the north, the Republic of Congo in the south and east and the province of Ogooué-Lolo in the west .

Haut-Ogooué is divided into the departments of Djoue , Djououri-Aguilli , Lekoni-Lekori , Lekoko , Lemboumbi-Leyou , Mpassa , Plateaux , Sebe-Brikolo , Ogooué-Létili , Lékabi-Léwolo and Bayi-Brikolo .
