Njuk ( Russian Нюк , Finnish Nuokkijärvi ) is a lake in the Republic of Karelia in northwestern Russia .
The lake has an area of 214 km². Including the islands, it is 220 km². The height is 134 m. There are numerous islands in the lake. The main tributary of the lake is the Nogeusjoki . The Nyuk has two outflows, Rastas (Растас) and Chjame (Хяме), both of which flow into the east-running Tschirka-Kem , a tributary of the Kem , after about 11 km .
